Playgroup Toy Library Membership Conditions


Conditions for Playgroup Borrowing

  • Remember Toy Librarians are fantastic volunteers so please be patient

  • Playgroup representatives must be able to present a current Toy Library Borrowing Card

  • Playgroups can only borrow from one Toy Library at a time

  • Maximum borrowing time is 4 weeks

  • Playgroups can borrow up to 5 bags (items) at a time and more if stock available

  • Toys must be returned directly to the Toy Library & not left at the venue

  • Toys must be returned in a clean and acceptable condition

  • The designated representative for the Playgroup must site the rules of borrowing and acknowledge the borrowing terms and conditions

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Playgroup Queensland reserves the right to refuse the borrowing rights to any Playgroup member who does not comply with the rules of borrowing

Conditions for Member Borrowing

  • Remember Toy Librarians are fantastic volunteers so please be patient

  • Individual members must produce a current Membership Card and one other form of ID which must show member’s current residential address

  • Your Membership Card will be marked or stamped each time of borrowing

  • Maximum borrowing time is 4 weeks

  • Members can borrow up to 2 bags at any one time subject to local demand

  • Toys must be returned directly to the Toy Library & not left at the venue

  • Each Member must sign the borrowed toys out and also sign them back in to the Toy Library

  • Toys must be returned in a clean and acceptable condition

  • Members must not transfer toys to any other person and undertake to borrow goods for personal use only

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Membership Borrowing can not be transferred from year to year
